Shine Dent Dental Studio, a well established and esteemed Dental Lab is hiring Dental Lab Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dental clinics to perform intraoral dental scanning for patients.
- Operate scanner with due care and ensure accurate and high quality scans (Training for the same will be provided by the company)
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists and clinic teams.
- Coordinate between dental clinics and the dental laboratory for smooth workflow management.
- Ensure accurate collection and transfer of digital scan data.
- Ensure a delightful and hassle free experience for the patients during the scanning process.
- Ensure prompt scheduling of clinic visits aligning with Doctor's requirements.
- Address client queries and provide timely support when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Willingness to travel to dental clinics for patient scanning and coordination.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- (Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Dental Clinics, Customer Relations, or Patient Care Services will be given preference.)
