Qualification:
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- MBA (Marketing / Finance / Project Management / Operations / Entrepreneurship Development)
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Science or Commerce
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Metal, Mining, Energy, Electrical, or related industrial sectors.
- Candidates having experience in Electrical Projects, Solar EPC, Tendering, or Industrial Business Development will be given preference.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Regularly track and update management regarding government and private tenders and participate in bid decision processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and business acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industries, consultants, and government departments.
- Support preparation of techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business growth.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support closure of business opportunities.
Desired Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of tendering and industrial business processes
- Basic understanding of Electrical/Solar systems preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and Documentation
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
