- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices for cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs and connectors for seamless system interoperability.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment models to optimize application performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely manner.
