1. Ensure timely placement of purchase orders on approved vendors as per defined SOB.
2. Ensure timely availability of components from vendors with regular follow up to meet the manufacturing plan.
3. Proactively identify risk in arranging materials & work on mitigation strategy.
4. Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, production, quality assurance and R& D Teams, to understand their requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
6. Identify gaps in existing process & strive for improvement.
