We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries professionally.
Explain our coaching programs, workshops, and wellness services. Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
Provide excellent customer support before and after sessions.
Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth client experience. Requirements Excellent communication skills in Tamil. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
