As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise content management solutions using OpenText technologies.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ECM environments.
- Familiarity with integration of OpenText ECM with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in content management solutions.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
