Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Marketing Executive with prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the hospital's brand presence, planning and executing marketing campaigns, increasing patient engagement, and coordinating promotional activities to strengthen the hospital's market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's visibility and reputation.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, community outreach activities, and promotional events.
- Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and website content.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and external agencies for branding and promotional activities.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and patient education content.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, referring doctors, and healthcare partners.
- Ensure all branding and communication materials comply with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
- Creative thinking with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in hospital branding and patient engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing trends and digital campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
