- POSITION: F&B / RETAIL SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain product availability, freshness, and display standards.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and customer service quality.
- Manage stock, indent planning, wastage control, and daily MIS updates.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety norms.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen/production teams for timely stock flow.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Support management in executing promotional plans and weekend strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B or retail supervision.
- Experience in sweets, savouries, bakery, or restaurant industry preferred.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and festival seasons.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, POS, Excel).
- High level of responsibility, ownership, and customer focus.
