A GSA (Guest Service Associate) in Housekeeping is responsible for keeping guest rooms and public areas clean and tidy. You ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to high standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels.
- Vacuum, dust, and mop hallways and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues to the manager.
