We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse – Emergency Department to provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring emergency and critical care. The ideal candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care to patients.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and resuscitation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any changes.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and discharge instructions.
- Comply with NABH protocols, hospital policies, and ethical nursing practices.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
