We're Hiring | Plant Head – Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores & Dispatch.
- Drive productivity, cost optimization, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM & continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC) targets.
- Manage manpower planning, statutory compliance, and plant performance.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related Engineering
15–20+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a Plant Head/Factory Head role
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, ISO/IATF systems, and production planning
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Location: Chinchwad MIDC, Pune
Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive / Wiring Harness (Preferred)
