Business Development Executive (BDE) – Lead GenerationJob Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads for IT services, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through various lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads for IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, and Custom Software Development.
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Google, company directories, and other online platforms.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, and business requirements.
- Reach out to prospects via email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other lead generation channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and identifying business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT lead generation or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services and the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools.
- Excellent research, communication, and email outreach skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce is an advantage.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and generate qualified B2B leads.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per month
