Support field-level implementation of project activities in accordance with project objectives and work plans.
Mobilize and engage local communities, farmers, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and other community institutions.
Conduct field surveys, baseline assessments, beneficiary identification, and data collection.
Facilitate community meetings, awareness campaigns, training programs, and stakeholder consultations.
Assist in implementing livelihood, agriculture, and capacity-building activities at the field level.
Coordinate with Government departments, local authorities, community representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor field activities, document progress, and report implementation status to the Project Team.
Maintain project records, beneficiary databases, attendance records, and other field documentation.
Support monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment activities by collecting and validating field data.
Identify field-level issues and communicate them promptly to the project team for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with project guidelines, reporting requirements, and organizational standards.
