About the Role: Seeking a proactive Telecaller with 1–3 years of experience to generate qualified leads, schedule design consultations and site visits, conduct follow-ups, and support the Design Consultant team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Explain Townwood Interior services.
- Schedule and confirm site visits/design consultations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversions.
- Update CRM with lead status and activities.
- Coordinate with Design Consultants for seamless lead handover.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
- Desired Candidate Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 1–3 years' experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support or Interior Sales.
- Excellent Hindi & English communication. Strong persuasion, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Basic CRM/MS Office knowledge preferred.
