Job: Site Engineer
Location: Pali, Ulundurpet
Salary : as per norms
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities within the college campus.
- Monitor construction, maintenance, renovation, and repair works.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Inspect quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the work site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate purchases.
- Verify bills, work completion reports, and contractor payments.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, classrooms, hostels, laboratories, and campus facilities.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, civil, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
- Experience in institutional or campus projects preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction and site management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
