Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive - FMCG (Field Role)
If you can open new markets, build distributor networks, and push sales on the ground, we want you. This is not a desk job. This is for people who like being in the market, meeting retailers, and closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visiting retail stores, wholesalers, and distributors daily
- Appointing new distributors and expanding market reach
- Opening new territories and increasing product penetration
- Ensuring strong visibility and placement in stores
- Driving secondary sales and collections
- Tracking competitor activity and identifying opportunities
Who This Role is For:
- People who enjoy field work and real sales (not office sitting)
- Candidates with 1–5 years of FMCG sales experience (confectionery / snacks / food & beverage preferred)
- Strong communicators who can convince shop owners & distributors
- Self-driven individuals who don't need daily pushing
- Fluent in English + Hindi (local language is a bonus)

Working Conditions :
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Additional hours may be required during sale events and promotions
- Location: Mumbai Central.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
