About Carryall Packaging
Carryall Packaging is a leading provider of premium and customized packaging solutions, specializing in luxury paper bags, shopping bags, gift packaging, and branded packaging products. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, payments, and deliveries.
- Address customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions and order status.
- Support the sales team with documentation and customer communication when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and order management processes.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
