Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Preparation: Set up, assemble, and test apparatus, chemicals, and biological specimens prior to scheduled science practicals (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). [1, 2, 3]
- Classroom Assistance: Assist teachers with live demonstrations and support students in safely conducting their hands-on experiments. [1, 2]
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, sterilize, and calibrate laboratory glassware and instruments after every session. Report damages and coordinate repairs. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock registers and issue/return logs for lab materials. Assist with annual stock verification and local procurement of supplies. [1, 2]
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to lab safety protocols. Safely handle and dispose of hazardous chemical and biological waste. [1, 2]
- Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the lab and preparation rooms. [1, 2, 3]
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
