Job Title: Tele caller – Solar PV (Residential & Commercial)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Job Summary:
Responsible for generating and qualifying leads for rooftop solar projects (Residential & Commercial) through outbound and inbound calls and supporting the sales team by scheduling meetings and maintaining customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers for solar rooftop solutions
· Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
· Explain basic benefits of solar systems to customers
· Identify customer requirements and interest level
· Schedule site visits and meetings for sales executives
· Maintain and update customer database in CRM
· Follow up with interested leads on a regular basis
· Coordinate with sales team for lead handover and updates
· Maintain call records and daily reporting
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Technical Knowledge Required:
· Basic understanding of Solar PV systems (On-grid / Off-grid – training will be provided)
· Basic awareness of electricity bills and savings through solar
· Understanding of residential and commercial customer types
· Familiarity with basic solar terminology (kW, units, inverter, panels)
Tools & Software:
· CRM Software / Lead Management Tools
· MS Excel (Data entry & reporting)
· Calling software / Dialer systems
Required Skills:
· Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
· Strong convincing and negotiation ability
· Customer handling and listening skills
· Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
· Basic computer knowledge
· Ability to handle rejection and follow-up consistently
Qualification:
· 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Additional Requirements:
· Prior telecalling / customer support experience preferred
· Experience in solar / real estate / loan calling will be an advantage
· Comfortable with daily calling targets
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
