We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will identify customer needs, present suitable products or services, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
