You will be responsible for
Job Summary:
Lead will be accountable to support the business in making informed decisions by producing tools and data which will enable the
Customer teams to take Informed decisions. Responsible for managing Tesco Clubcard processes end-to-end, leveraging data analysis
to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accuracy and timeliness. The role involves driving continuous improvement
initiatives, mitigating risks, and supporting cost-reduction projects across the Clubcard network.
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
- Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco Clubcard, Online & Marketplace .
- Own Clubcard Statement/ Dashboards/ personalisation for all Tesco customers and manage critical paths, meeting schedules, and
documentation.
- Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge internally and in the market by learning new technology and training the team
- Ensuring appropriate work allocation across team members, optimizing team utilization, contributing to enhanced process
documentation, and actively engaging with stakeholders at every level.
- Extracting and transforming daily/weekly data to inbound distribution planners to plan and ensure smooth operations
- Setting Quality check in place for validating the output to ensure consistency and highlighting any potential issues
- Responsible for checking and validating supplier performance to help drive improvement in line with the business goals and objective
- Performing adhoc research and analysis to diagnose recent performance and operational issues to UK LST
- Balancing and prioritising work across short-term projects and long-term initiatives
