- Attendance & work‑mode tracking
Monitor and record daily employee attendance for both in‑office and remote staff using the company’s HRMS/attendance system.
Generate regular attendance reports and highlight anomalies such as late check‑ins, early logouts, and unmarked days.
- Login hours & discrepancy reporting
Review login/log‑out hours and daily timesheets against defined work schedules (office and WFH).
Escalate discrepancies or recurring attendance issues to HR/management with concise summary reports.
- Meetings and project cadence
Track whether regular project and team meetings (daily/weekly stand‑ups, reviews) are being scheduled and conducted on time.
Maintain a central calendar of key meetings, follow up with team leads on missed or rescheduled meetings, and document outcomes where needed.
Maintain accurate records of leave requests, approvals, and balances in the HRMS or leave tracker.
Ensure leave policies are followed, notify employees of shortfalls (e.g., insufficient balance) and support payroll with leave data.
- Workplace & WFH etiquette compliance
Support the implementation of company policies on office behavior, dress code, communication standards, and remote‑work etiquette.
Report repeated policy violations to HR/management and assist in communicating guidelines clearly and transparently to employees.
- Interview coordination & employee documentation
Assist in the full interview cycle: posting jobs, screening basic profiles, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and interviewers.
- Prepare and maintain employee records (offer letters, NDAs, joining forms, KYC, HR files) and keep them updated and securely stored (digital/physical).
