A Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the floor, ensuring employees perform their duties efficiently, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of workers/staff on the floor.
Ensure work is completed on time and as per company standards.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Maintain discipline and resolve minor staff issues on the floor.
Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with management regarding production or service targets.
Train and guide new employees.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the work area.
Report any operational problems or incidents to management.
Prepare daily reports on work progress and staff performance.

Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
2–5 years of experience in Automobile sector or similar role.
