As a Software Engineer – Process Modelling, you will design and deliver solutions that enable real-time modelling and optimization of complex processes, leveraging advanced engineering platforms. You will actively contribute to an agile team, participating in technical discussions and ceremonies to shape clear, implementable user stories. In this role, you will help build and evolve a cutting-edge digital capability that strengthens Takeda’s ability to simulate, analyze, and enhance critical processes, ultimately supporting better outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals.
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting real-time process modelling and simulation, leveraging engineering platforms such as Emerson Real-Time Scheduling and primarily using C/C++, SQL and related technologies.
Build and evolve systems of medium-to-high complexity with a high level of autonomy, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Ensure high performance of modelling and simulation workloads, including profiling, optimization, and tuning.
