- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to security.
- Experience in incident management and problem resolution within complex IT environments.
- Ability to create and manage Requests for Change and update technical documentation effectively.
- Skilled in collaborating with vendors and internal teams to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with tools and processes that support operational stability and service management.
