HR MANAGER / HR EXECUTIVE – JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- RECRUITMENT & HIRING
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- ONBOARDING & INDUCTION
- Complete employee documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure employees understand company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain employee personnel files.
- ATTENDANCE & LEAVE MANAGEMENT
- Monitor daily attendance and shift schedules.
- Maintain leave records and approvals.
- Track absenteeism and late coming.
- Coordinate with managers regarding manpower shortages.
- PAYROLL SUPPORT
- Prepare attendance and payroll data.
- Verify overtime, incentives, deductions, and leave adjustments.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary processing.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement.
- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Address employee grievances and concerns.
- Conduct disciplinary meetings when required.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture.
- Handle warning letters and disciplinary actions.
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Implement KPI and appraisal systems.
- Track monthly performance reviews.
- Coordinate employee evaluations with department heads.
- Maintain performance records.
- TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- Identify training requirements.
- Schedule employee training programs.
- Conduct induction and refresher training sessions.
- Maintain training attendance records.
- HR COMPLIANCE
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and statutory documents.
- Support audits and inspections.
- Ensure all employee documentation is updated.
- EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
- Organize employee recognition programs.
- Plan team-building activities and celebrations.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Promote employee welfare initiatives.
- EXIT MANAGEMENT
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Process resignations and final settlements.
- Recover company assets.
- Maintain attrition reports and exit records.
- REPORTING & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Track manpower strength and vacancies.
- Monitor employee turnover and retention.
- Submit HR analytics and management reports.

Pay: ₹20,860.76 - ₹33,147.54 per month
