Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to promote and sell biodegradable bags to retailers, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other commercial establishments. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers for biodegradable bag products.
Conduct regular field visits to retailers, distributors, supermarkets, and institutional clients.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
Generate inquiries, negotiate orders, and close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, or equivalent).
Diploma holders with relevant sales experience may also apply.
Experience
1–3 years of field sales experience.
Experience in packaging, plastics, FMCG, industrial products, or eco-friendly products is preferred.
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and market development.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
