Hiring: BDE – IT Sales Freelancer / Upwork Specialist
Location: Indore (Work from Office Preferred)
We are looking for a results-driven BDE – IT Sales Freelancer / Upwork Specialist who can generate genuine business opportunities, not just submit bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly before submitting proposals.
- Write customized, winning proposals instead of using generic templates.
- Communicate effectively with international clients.
- Handle client discussions, requirement gathering, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and estimations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI/ML, UI/UX, Blockchain, and Digital Solutions.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand project requirements and prepare effective proposals.
- Negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Salary
There is no fixed salary hike from your current CTC. Compensation will depend on your skills, experience, performance, and ability to generate business.
