Product & Process Development Engineer
Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
* Handle New Product Development (NPD) and process development activities.
* Conduct product/process trials on the shop floor and in cleanroom.
* Coordinate with Production & Quality for trials, validation, and process improvement.
* Prepare product specifications, drawings, BOMs, trial reports, and engineering documents.
* Conduct market research, competitor comparison, and product analysis.
* Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for product requirements and feedback.
* Maintain project plans, task trackers, timelines, and follow-ups.
* Support product validation, scale-up, and commercialization.
* Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
Candidate Requirements
* 1–4 years experience in Product Development / Process Engineering / Manufacturing / NPD.
* Mechanical / Plastic / Production or related engineering background preferred.
* Experience or interest in plastic films, plastic bags, flexible packaging, pharma, medical, or bioprocess products preferred.
* Self-driven, proactive, hands-on, and willing to take responsibility.
* Willing to work on the shop floor and in cleanroom.
* Ready to work in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on business/project requirements.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
* Local Hyderabad candidate preferred.
* communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
