About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst Lead to oversee quality processes and lead a small team of analysts. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Analysts.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and standards.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and inspections to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report on quality metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with QA tools, reporting systems, and data analysis.
Preferred:
- Experience in an eCommerce environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
