Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in sales or business development.
- Good knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Complete training will be provided by the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with event managers, hotel & banquet owners.
- Handle client follow-ups, quotations, and coordination until deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
