We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Baking Workshop Facilitator to conduct engaging baking workshops for students, home bakers, hobbyists, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering hands-on training sessions while creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Workshop Planning & Delivery
- Plan and conduct baking workshops for beginners and intermediate learners.
- Demonstrate step-by-step preparation of bakery and pastry products.
- Provide practical guidance and individual attention to participants.
- Ensure workshops are interactive, educational, and enjoyable.
Practical Training
- Teach the preparation of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, breads, desserts, and pastries.
- Demonstrate baking techniques, decorating methods, and finishing skills.
- Guide participants in the use of bakery equipment and tools.
Training Materials
- Prepare recipes, handouts, and workshop schedules.
- Develop workshop content suitable for different skill levels.
- Share baking tips, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
Inventory & Setup
- Arrange ingredients, equipment, and materials required for workshops.
- Ensure proper setup and smooth execution of sessions.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage.
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during workshops.
- Ensure participants follow food safety practices.
- Promote safe handling of bakery equipment.
Community Engagement
- Encourage participant interaction and engagement.
- Assist in creating workshop photos, videos, and social media content.
- Collect feedback and maintain participant records.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts, Hotel Management, or Culinary Arts preferred.
- Professional certifications in baking are an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in bakery production, pastry kitchens, or conducting baking classes.
- Home bakers with workshop experience are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity in cake decoration and product presentation.
- Ability to manage groups of participants.
- Passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring others.

Pay: ₹21,950.85 - ₹41,347.32 per month
