Job Summary:
Santhosh Standard Builders, under the Chris Group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with 8–10 years of proven experience in construction project management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial construction projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Handle client interactions and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Control material usage, manpower, and project costs.
- Lead and mentor site engineers and project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
- 8–10 years of experience in construction/project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project planning.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential and hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of contracts, billing, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with local building regulations in Bangalore.
Compensation:
- Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and performance)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
