1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Offer Management: Draft and send out offer letters and appointment letters.
- Onboarding: Conduct new hire orientations, gather necessary joining documents, and manage background verification processes.
- Database Maintenance: Update and manage the HR Management System (HRMS) with employee records.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance, process leave requests, and track shift timings.
- Payroll Processing: Compile and share monthly attendance and payroll inputs with the finance/payroll team.
Statutory Compliance & Administration
- Compliance Support: Help ensure the company adheres to local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Documentation: Prepare and issue official HR documents, such as experience letters, promotion letters, and warnings.
- Exit Formalities: Assist with resignation processing, conduct exit interviews, and manage the full and final (FnF) settlement process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
