Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of content, distribution, and growth.
You won’t just create content — you’ll figure out what works, where it works, and how it drives conversions.
If you enjoy experimenting, building from scratch, and seeing direct impact — this role is for you.
What You’ll Own1. Content Across Platforms
- Create and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & other channels
- Build and execute content calendars
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and storytelling
2. Design & Creative Execution
- Create simple, high-impact creatives (Canva, basic tools)
- Work on reels, posts, and visual storytelling
3. Communication & Campaigns
- Write emails, WhatsApp messages, and campaign copy
- Support outreach and engagement initiatives
4. LinkedIn as a Growth Channel
- Experiment with LinkedIn for lead generation and conversions
- Build content + outreach strategies that drive inbound interest
5. Social Media & Distribution
- Own posting across platforms (not just creation, but distribution)
- Track what works and optimize for engagement + conversion
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in content + growth (not just one)
- Good writing and communication skills
- Basic design/editing skills (Canva, mobile editing tools)
- Curiosity to experiment and learn what works
- Someone who takes ownership, not just tasks

Who This Is For
