- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to coordinate issue resolution.
- Good communication skills to document and convey technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and incident management processes.
