Job Overview: Classic Learn is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves guiding students and parents about our courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities: Contact and follow up with leads (parents/students) via calls, WhatsApp, and email Explain courses and benefits clearly to potential customers Convert inquiries into successful enrollments Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and conversions Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries Coordinate with the academic team when required.
Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Basic knowledge of sales or telecalling (preferred) Comfortable with work-from-home setup Self-motivated and target-oriented Basic smartphone/laptop handling skills
