Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
Location: Topsia, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month (based on experience)
Experience required - Minimum 1 year or more in Recruiter job role is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty and non-faculty positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work with recruitment targets
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
