Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed civil construction and interior work estimates.
- Prepare and process building permit and completion applications through the KSMART portal.
Requirements:
- Valid Engineer's License (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing and submitting approval drawings.
- Knowledge of building permit and completion procedures, preferably through KSMART.
- Good understanding of civil construction and interior works estimation.
