Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners.
- Strengthen relationships with existing system integrators, consultants, and dealers.
- Drive partner enablement through training, business planning, and sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and provide actionable market insights.
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience in channel sales within the ProAV, AV, IT, or technology distribution industry.
✔ Strong network of system integrators, consultants, and channel partners.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to travel.
