Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM & TPRM professional to support, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules. The role will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting risk, compliance, audit, and third-party risk processes while ensuring platform stability and business alignment
Key Responsibilities
IRM & TPRM Administration
Administer and maintain ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules.
Configure and support:
Policy & Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Issue Management
Third-Party Risk Management
Manage questionnaires, assessments, vendor onboarding workflows, risk scoring, and remediation activities.
Development & Configuration
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
Business Rules
Script Includes
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Flow Designer
Glide APIs
Configure workflows, notifications, forms, and catalog items.
Implement enhancements, defect fixes, and process automation.
Integration & Automation
Build and maintain integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
IntegrationHub
Integrate with security, compliance, and risk tools where applicable.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations.

Configure:

Controls
Policy Exceptions
Compliance Assessments
Audit Workflows
Support risk assessments and compliance reporting activities.
Implement industry-standard risk management frameworks such as NIST and related governance models.
Support & Operations
Provide L2/L3 support for IRM and TPRM incidents, requests, and problems.
Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Participate in release management, testing, and deployment activities.

Job Title
ServiceNow IRM & TPRM Developer / Administrator
Experience
4–8 Years of overall IT experience
3+ Years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management)
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred
ServiceNow IRM or GRC certification preferred
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
