About the Role
XALT Analytics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale digital marketing initiatives for both XALT Analytics and its AI-powered advertising platform digiAd.ai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and growth marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for XALT Analytics and digiAd.ai.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Define campaign goals, budgets, target audiences, and performance KPIs.
- Identify new growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
- Display & Remarketing Networks
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Generate qualified leads for XALT Analytics services and digiAd.ai.
- Build and optimize lead-generation funnels.
- Drive user acquisition, product sign-ups, demos, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to improve lead conversion.
digiAd.ai Product Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns specifically focused on digiAd.ai.
- Increase platform awareness, product adoption, registrations, and customer retention.
- Monitor user acquisition costs and customer lifetime value metrics.
- Support product launches, feature promotions, and customer onboarding initiatives.
- Coordinate with product and development teams to align marketing efforts with product enhancements.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze campaign performance using: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Search Console, Other marketing analytics tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor key metrics including: CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate
- Generate actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize landing pages and website journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with design and content teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Implement tracking, event measurement, and attribution mechanisms.
- Improve website traffic quality and user engagement.
SEO & Content Collaboration
- Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with content teams for blogs, case studies, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Ensure content aligns with lead generation and product growth objectives.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage lead tracking and marketing automation workflows.
- Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM systems.
- Monitor lead nurturing campaigns and customer engagement programs.
- Maintain accurate marketing attribution and reporting processes.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, digital marketing trends, and industry developments.
- Identify new channels, technologies, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with platform changes and emerging advertising practices.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Technology, Analytics, or Digital Marketing industries.
- Experience managing software or product marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb.
- Understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or Digital Marketing are preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Lead Generation.
