Qualification & Experience
- MBA (HR) / MPM / MSW
- 15–20 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and industrial statutes
- Manpower planning, recruitment and selection
- Organize training and employee development programs
- Manage timekeeping, payroll coordination and statutory compliance (Wages & Bonus Act)
- Implement employee welfare initiatives
- Handle industrial relations and disciplinary procedures
- Manage employee grievances and maintain harmonious workplace relations
- Implement progressive HR and personnel management practices
- Oversee general office administration and facility management
- Manage contract labour administration
- Supervise housekeeping, security, safety and gardening activities
