Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers directly, promoting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and generate new business opportunities
- Promote and explain solar products and services
- Conduct field marketing and site visits
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in field sales is preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler and valid license preferred
- Passion for sales and renewable energy industry
Salary & Benefits
