Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about designing functional and aesthetically pleasing residential and commercial spaces while coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
- Maintain design quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.
Requirements
-Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
-Strong creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
