Position: Marketing Head
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our sales and marketing initiatives, expand market presence, and drive business growth in the CNC machine tools industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the marketing and sales team across regions.
- Identify new business opportunities in automotive, aerospace, defense, railways, MSMEs, and precision engineering sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, OEMs, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer requirement studies.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning activities.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars.
- Collaborate with design, application, production, and service teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, marketing plans, and periodic management reports.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the CNC machine tools industry.
- Strong technical understanding of CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), and related manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Strong network within automotive, aerospace, defense, and engineering manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India and interact with key customers.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with CNC machine tool manufacturers, machine tool distributors, or industrial automation companies.
- Exposure to export markets and dealer network development.
- Experience in launching new products and managing large customer accounts.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
