As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic General Manager – Apparel Sales & Operations to join our team and lead the expansion of our business in the South Indian market.
Job Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and operations of our apparel business. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to expand our distribution, retail network, and ensure consistent sales growth across our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Expand: Drive the growth of Volume Zero, New Roads , and KidzPlay across the South Indian market.
- Strategic Sales & Operations: Oversee the full sales cycle, from production planning to retail distribution, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and retail channels to expand market reach.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration across departments to meet operational and sales goals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take responsibility for setting and achieving sales targets and maintaining consistent brand growth in both retail and distribution channels.
- Brand Growth: Strengthen brand presence in the market through effective sales strategies, product placements, and retail expansion.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Apparel Sales & Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale distribution and retail expansion.
Proven track record in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and leading successful teams.
- In-depth understanding of the South Indian market and consumer preferences.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and improve operational processes while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Location Preference: Erode, Sangagiri, Komarapalayam, Bhavani

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
