We are looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented Transport and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations, vehicle planning, dispatch, tracking, customer coordination, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) - Mandatory
- Proficiency in microsoft excel and email drafting/communication - Mandatory
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilties:
- Plan and allocate vehicle based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate vehcile placement, dispatch, and route planning.
- Assign drivers and vehicles as per operational needs.
- Monitor vehicles throughout transit using GPS.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery by coordinating with drivers.
- Identify operational delays and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle placement, dispatch, transit status, and delivery updates.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and whatsapp communication professionally.
- Collect and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) and other operational documents.
- Maintain daily operational records including vehicle km, mileage, fuel consumption, and tracking reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and opertaional reports.
- Maintain hourly GPS tracking updates and trip records.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure prompt response to all operational calls and message during the assigned shift.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
