Job Overview:
Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a skilled and proactive Customer Service Manager to lead its backend customer service operations at its Indian office in Malappuram. This role will focus on supporting global operations, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining high service standards across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee backend customer service and support operations
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the support team
- Handle customer inquiries, documentation, and service coordination
- Ensure timely processing of shipments, updates, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with global branches, logistics, and operations teams
- Maintain service quality standards and improve internal processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service/backend operations (logistics required)
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with shipping documentation and CRM systems is an advantage
