About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Relations Manager to build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, drive employer engagement, and create placement opportunities for students. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Teams, Hiring Managers, and Corporate Decision Makers.
- Drive corporate partnerships and employer engagement initiatives.
- Generate placement and hiring opportunities through strategic collaborations.
- Coordinate placement drives, recruitment events, and campus hiring activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to align placement objectives and employer requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate partners to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Manage and track placement targets, partnership pipelines, and business development activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, placement reports, and management dashboards.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Employer Engagement, Business Development, Placement Operations, or B2B Sales.
- Strong network with HRs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, and Corporate Stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling corporate partnerships and placement activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS Reporting, and CRM tools.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
